Your Role
As our Sr. Graphic Designer, you'll be the bridge between business objectives and visual storytelling. This isn't about making things "look pretty" it's about crafting visual narratives that make our clients' audience excited and their competitors nervous.
Your Daily Responsibilities will Include:
- Diving deep into brand DNA to extract its visual essence and amplify it across digital platforms
- Leading brainstorming sessions that transform brief requirements into visual concepts that clients didn't even know they wanted
- Crafting design systems that don't just follow brand guidelines but set new standards for them.
- Design and Illustrate the visualisations to create visually appealing and impactful media assets that are aligned with the respective brand and brief
- Turning complex messages into visually digestible stories that grab attention and refuse to let go
You should have:
- Mastery of computer-aided design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,andAdobe InDesign.
- Understanding of the latest AI tools to create designs efficiently.
- A portfolio that demonstrates not just what you can make but how you think
- Deep understanding of design principles that you know well enough to break strategically
- An obsession with typography that makes font pairing feel like matchmaking
- A sixth sense for colour psychology that borders on supernatural
- Experience in advertising/marketing agencies where you've learned to balance creativity with business goals
- Formal academic in design will be an added advantage.
