Key Responsibilities

• Create and refresh listing images, A+ content, and brand store creatives across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
• Design static performance marketing creatives per month
• Develop UGC-style creatives and short video assets for paid campaigns
• Work closely with performance marketing team to improve CTR
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and color systems
• Develop campaign logos and build strong brand trademark visual assets
• Create social media creatives and support engagement rate targets
• Deliver static creatives and video creatives within given timeline
• Participate in monthly brainstorming sessions and contribute 12 campaign ideas per month
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and category teams

Key Skills & Competencies

• 35 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance-led brands
• Strong understanding of marketplace creatives- banners, listing, A+ content design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversion to judge the performance of the creative.
• Ability to manage high creative volumes without compromising quality
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Optional / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in skincare / beauty / lifestyle brands
• Motion graphics and short-form video editing skills
• Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or 3D tools like Blender
• Basic understanding of A/B testing creatives for performance optimization

Mandatory submission of a design portfolio showcasing:

• Marketplace creatives
• Performance marketing ads
• Social media creatives
• Brand identity or campaign work
