Senior Graphic Designer

Role Description:

• Staying ahead of the curve on design trends & visual styles
• Understanding design briefs and turning them into strong concepts
• Collaborating with copywriters & account managers to produce final designs
• Designing for static creatives as well as video/motion assets, brochures.
• Incorporating feedback and refining designs with speed and precision
• Ensuring every output is on-brand, visually polished & deadline-ready
• Sharing creative inputs across campaigns, brands & projects
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with fresh design perspectives
• Working with raw video footage and enhancing it using effects & elements
• Maintaining clean file organisation, version control & naming conventions
• Constantly learning, experimenting, and evolving your craft

Qualifications Required:

• Have 2+ years of experience in digital graphic design for Real estate social media ad copies (specifically)
• Possess a strong sense of design, layout, colour & typography
• Understand marketing and advertising fundamentals
• Can clearly articulate ideas and receive feedback constructively
• Take initiative and push for innovative design solutions
• Enjoy collaboration and thrive as a team player
• Have a curious mind and a never-ending desire to learn
• Can create motion, interaction or animated visuals within brand guidelines

Your Creative Tool Kit Should Include:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Working knowledge of After Effects & Premiere Pro
• Ability to handle both static and motion design requirements
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a strong plus

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience with an Agency background (non-negotiable)
