Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings bold, creative energy to our brand. Youll lead and execute design projects that span digital, print, packaging, and motion, playing a key role in shaping the visual identity and consumer experience of Conscious Chemist.

Key Responsibilities

* Design engaging and high-quality creatives for social mediaboth static and motion.

* Lead the visual development of Amazon A+ content, listing images, banners, and product pages.

* Work on end-to-end packaging designsfrom concept to execution.

* Create digital marketing assets such as newsletters, paid ad creatives, brochures, and iconography.

* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand voice.

* Develop wireframes/mockups for website landing pages and user journeys.

* Handle image post-processing and enhancements for digital and print use.

* Guide and mentor junior designers while managing timelines and workflows across departments.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer-facing brand or agency.

* Design generation from AI Prompt generation using Gemini, ChatGPT, Nano Banana.

* Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital media, packaging, and brand design.

* Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).

* Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour theory.

* Strong ideation and storytelling ability with attention to brand consistency.

* Excellent communication skills and a team collaboration mindset.

* Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and performance-driven thinking.
