Ownership:

• Translate the company brand manual into living design systems
• Ensure consistency across website, marketplace creatives, performance ads, events and social
• Design for conversion without compromising brand equity
• Create modular templates for scale
• Evolve visual language as categories expand
• Maintain premium perception while adapting to functional SKUs
• Oversee junior designers and external vendors

• Winston creatives are recognizable within seconds
• Marketplace creatives stand out without screaming
• Winston Art feels elevated and distinct from utility products
• Website banners feel intentional
• Event artwork feels more like brand extension, less like event decoration

Requirements:

• 6+ years in consumer brands, beauty, lifestyle or tech
• Strong typographic control
• Experience building scalable design systems
• Marketplace creative experience
• Ability to balance performance needs and brand identity
• Ability to critique briefs and push back strategically
