We are seeking a high-velocity Graphic Designer with a deep agency background to join our creative team. This isn't a traditional design role; we are looking for a "Creative Technologist" who has mastered the art of agency multitasking and supercharged their workflow with Generative AI.

You understand the "agency grind"the need for rapid ideation, pixel-perfect execution, and the ability to switch between 5 different brand voices before lunch. You will use AI tools not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier to deliver world-class creative for our clients.

• Multi-Brand Execution: Design high-impact visual assets for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring every output aligns strictly with specific brand guidelines.
• AI-Powered Prototyping: Lead the "brainstorming" phase by using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL-E to generate high-fidelity concepts in a fraction of the traditional time.
• Workflow Optimization: Integrate AI tools into the agencys standard pipeline (e.g., using Photoshops Generative Fill, Firefly, or Upscalers) to meet aggressive client deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Client-Ready Refinement: Take AI-generated raw outputs and "humanize" thempolishing, retouching, and typeset-editing them in Adobe Creative Suite until they are client-ready.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside Art Directors and Copywriters to explore how AI can solve complex creative briefs.
  

• Agency Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a fast-paced agency environment. You are comfortable with tight turnarounds, client feedback loops, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• AI Mastery: You must be "hands-on" with generative tools (Midjourney, DALL-E 3, etc.). You should understand advanced prompting, seed control, and how to maintain character/style consistency.
• Technical Excellence: Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You know how to take an AI image and break it down, mask it, and prep it for print or digital.
• The "Agency Eye": An obsession with detail and a proven ability to interpret a client brief into a visual strategy that sells.
• Adaptability: A proactive interest in the "next big thing" in AI design (video generation, 3D AI, or workflow automation).
