Job Description
Social Tribe is a performance marketing agency focused on driving measurable growth for D2C, SaaS, and ecommerce brands. We do not optimize for aesthetics alone. We optimize for conversions, CAC reduction, and scalable creative systems. Creative is the growth lever, not decoration.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor who understands performance creative, can produce at scale using AI tools, and knows how to build ads that convert.
Your primary job is to produce high-converting ad creatives at volume across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes static ads, carousel ads, and video ads. Speed, iteration, and performance matter more than artistic perfection.
Design static ads and carousel ads optimized for paid social performance
Create high converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Convert raw footage, UGC, and brand assets into conversion focused video ads
Design creatives aligned with direct response principles, not generic branding
AI Powered Creative ProductionUse AI tools to generate static ad variations in bulk
Use AI tools to generate video ads, hooks, scenes, voiceovers, and variations
Rapidly produce multiple creative iterations to enable testing at scale
Stay current with the latest AI creative tools and integrate them into workflow
Examples include tools like:
Midjourney
ChatGPT
VEO
Kling
Runway
CapCut AI
Adobe Firefly
After Effects AI features
Photoshop AI
Canva AI
ElevenLabs
HeyGen
Any other tools that increase creative output and speed
Translate marketing briefs into conversion focused creatives
Understand customer psychology, pain points, and buying triggers
Create multiple creative angles and variations for testing
Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters to improve performance
Build systems to produce creatives efficiently and consistently
Create reusable templates and scalable workflows
Produce large volumes of creatives without compromising quality
Minimum 5plus years of experience in graphic design and video editing
Must have worked with:
D2C brands
SaaS companies
Ecommerce companies
Must have direct experience creating:
Meta ads
TikTok ads
YouTube ads
Google display creatives
Must have strong portfolio showing performance ad creatives, not just branding work
Technical Skills
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Illustrator
CapCut or equivalent video tools
AI Skills
Strong working knowledge of modern AI creative tools
Ability to generate creative variations at scale using AI
Ability to integrate AI into production workflows
Performance Skills
Understand what makes an ad convert
Strong grasp of hooks, scroll stopping visuals, and retention techniques
Ability to design for CTR, CVR, and performance metrics
Execution Skills
Fast turnaround time
Ability to produce high volume creatives consistently
Attention to detail
Designers focused only on aesthetics
Slow designers who cannot produce volume
Designers who do not understand paid ads
Designers unfamiliar with AI tools
Consistent production of high converting ad creatives
Ability to produce creatives at scale
Measurable improvement in ad performance
Faster creative testing cycles
Compensation is fixed at 6 LPA and Rs 60,000 bonus at the end of the year. The entire amount will be recieved in hand.
