A premier multidisciplinary studio based in Kolkata is looking for a Mid / Senior Brand Designer someone who understands that branding is not just how something looks, but how it makes people feel. Known for its award-winning and deeply thoughtful work, the studio blends strategy, creativity, and emotion to build brand experiences that stay with you long after the first interaction.

From brand strategy and identity systems to visual communication, web design, art direction, events, and launchesthe studios work spans the full journey of a brand. Their portfolio includes names like Kaizen Coffee, Oswal Publishers, Pondicheri, and The Design Trot each distinct, each built with clarity and intent.

This role is for a designer who enjoys ownership. Someone who can take a brand from an idea to a living, breathing systemand bring others along in the process.

In this role, you will lead and execute brand design projects that align business goals with creative vision. You will shape identities, craft brand worlds, and ensure every touchpoint tells the same story. Youll present your ideas with confidenceto clients and to your teamexplaining not just the what, but the why. Youll mentor junior designers, setting the tone for quality, curiosity, and craft, while collaborating closely across disciplines to create cohesive, impactful brand experiences.

Were looking for someone with 23 years of experience in brand design and a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates identity systems, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking. You should be comfortable working with Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate (or similar tools) , and confident in your design fundamentals. Leadership potential, a collaborative mindset, and an eye for detail are key.
