Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior GeM / Tender Executive with hands-on experience in government procurement platforms such as GeM Portal, CPP Portal, CPWD, PWD, and PSU tender systems.

The candidate should be capable of managing the complete tender submission process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with OEMs and internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids in compliance with government procurement norms.

The ideal candidate must also have the ability to evaluate pricing structures, calculate competitive pricing to achieve L-1 position, and manage OEM documentation through their OEM panels and reseller portals.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Evaluation

Identify relevant tenders daily from GeM Portal, CPP Portal, Tender Tiger, CPWD, PWD, PSU portals, and other e-procurement platforms.

Evaluate tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical specifications.

Prepare tender summaries and recommend opportunities for participation.

GeM Portal Operations

Manage company profile and product catalogues on GeM Portal.

Handle Normal Bids, Custom Bids, Bunch Bids, and Reverse Auctions.

Ensure accurate product specifications, pricing, and compliance documentation.

Bid Documentation & Submission

Prepare complete tender documentation including:

Technical compliance sheets

Commercial quotations

OEM authorization letters

Past performance credentials

Certificates and eligibility documents

Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids across all portals.

OEM Coordination & Panel Management

Coordinate with OEMs and manufacturers for product specifications, authorization letters, and technical documentation.

Work with OEM panels and reseller portals for product approvals, pricing support, and bid documentation.

Pricing & L-1 Strategy

Evaluate pricing structures and market competition.

Prepare commercial proposals with the objective of achieving L-1 competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

Support management in reverse auction participation and bid optimization.

Tender Tracking & Follow-up

Monitor tender status and evaluation stages.

Follow up with procurement departments for clarifications and updates.

Assist management during technical and financial evaluation stages.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain structured records of tender submissions and documents.

Prepare MIS reports for tender participation, evaluation status, and success ratio.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in GeM / government tendering

Experience with GeM Portal operations and bid submissions

Knowledge of GeM bid formats (Normal, Custom, Bunch & Reverse Auctions)

Understanding of GFR 2017 and government procurement processes

Ability to prepare competitive pricing and calculate L-1 position

Experience coordinating with OEMs and working on OEM / reseller panels

Familiarity with CPP Portal, Tender Tiger, and PSU tender platforms

Strong documentation and proposal preparation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines

Good written and verbal communication skills

Our office is located in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, with excellent connectivity through the Magenta Line Metro (Vasant Vihar Metro Station).

Preference will be given to candidates residing in:

South Delhi

Nearby areas with direct metro connectivity

Candidates with commuting time within 3040 minutes will be preferred.
