Senior GE e Terra ADMS Specialist

We are looking for an experienced GE eTerra ADMS Specialist to design, configure, integrate, and support Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) solutions for electric distribution operations. You will work across SCADA/DMS/OMS workflows, outage management, and DER orchestration to improve reliability and control room efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement GE eTerra ADMS modules (SCADA/DMS/OMS), including network model management, telemetry, alarms, and control actions.
• Enable Outage Management workflows: trouble/crew management, outage indices reporting, storm validation.
• Integrate ADMS with GIS/AMI/OMS and enterprise systems; ensure seamless data exchange using CIM (IEC 61970/61968) standards.
• Support advanced operations like FLISR , Volt/VAR Optimization , and switching plans.
• Enable DER orchestration and smart inverter interactions (IEEE2030.5).
• Develop scripts for automation (PL/SQL , Shell) and maintain Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ADMS environments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GE eTerra ADMS (SCADA/DMS/OMS).
• Strong knowledge of SCADA protocols (DNP3, IEC101/104, Modbus).
• Expertise in Outage Management , FLISR , Volt/VAR , and DER integration.
• Familiarity with Oracle/PostgreSQL , PL/SQL , and scripting for automation.
• Understanding of CIM standards and utility data models.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Power Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in ADMS/SCADA/DMS/OMS projects with GE eTerra platform.
