About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Game Designer to join our team and work on hybrid puzzle games, trendy casual titles, and market-driven concepts. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and data-driven game design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) aligned with current market trends
• Create and analyze hybrid puzzle & trendy casual games
• Design new levels and optimize them based on player funnel analysis
• Analyze game data, player behavior, and retention metrics to improve gameplay
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and other stakeholders
• Support playable ad concepts and ad creatives for UA campaigns
• Ensure strong color choices, asset selection, and visual consistency
• Continuously research market trends and competitors

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of game mechanics and player psychology
• Experience with GDD creation
• Knowledge of playable ads, creatives, and ad-based game content
• Good sense of color theory and asset selection
• Experience in game data analysis and funnel optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
