Senior Full-Stack Engineer (8–10+ Years)

Role Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you are the lead builder responsible for the technical backbone of our modular CRM. You will work side-by-side with the Architect to ensure that the blocks of our system (modules) communicate perfectly via APIs and that our AI agents have the infrastructure they need to execute GTM tasks autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Modular Implementation: Build and maintain the core API gateway and microservices that allow different CRM modules to function independently.
• Agentic Infrastructure: Implement the backend "loops" where LLMs interact with our database. You will manage the logic for tool-calling, error handling when agents fail, and state management.
• Technical Mentorship: Review code from junior developers with a focus on modularity and security. Ensure the team isn't building "technical debt" into the AI integrations.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize the system for speed, particularly in handling "streaming" AI responses and complex data fetches across multiple modules.

Technical Requirements

• 8+ years in Full-Stack development (Node.js, Python, or Go preferred for backend).
• Expertise in Event-Driven Architecture and Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or AutoGPT-style agentic frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically how they interface with Vector Stores.
