The Role

Our client is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can ship enterprise-grade, production-ready code daily. You will own features end-to-endfrom design and architecture to deployment,

monitoring, and iterationusing AI coding tools and agent workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

This is a hands-on builder role. Youll move fast, own outcomes, and raise the quality bar across product engineering.

What Youll Own

• Ship production-ready features daily end-to-end: UI APIs backend database deployment.
• Build AI-first capabilities using LLMs + agents: tool/function calling, workflows, automation, structured outputs, guardrails.
• Own production outcomes: reliability, performance, security, observability, and clean releases.
• Architect for scale: maintainable codebases, clear interfaces, resilient services.
• Improve velocity with quality: tests, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational discipline.

What Were Looking For

• 45 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping real products in production.
• Strong hands-on with React / Next.js + TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js / Python / Java and SQL (Postgres/MySQL).
• Experience with AWS (deployments, services, and production operations).
• Hands-on expertise with OpenAI/LLM integrations and agent workflows (structured outputs, tool calling, evaluations/guardrails).
• Proven ability to ship production-grade code daily/near-daily with strong engineering discipline (testing, code reviews, monitoring).
