Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

You will build end-to-end features across mobile and web for a home healthcare care provider platform. Work spans patient scheduling, care delivery workflows, real-time updates, multilingual UI, and deep operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality mobile and web apps using React Native, ensuring consistency with mobile experience.

Integrate with backend APIs, authentication, scheduling services, and operational workflows.

Implement reusable components, UI state management, and performance optimizations.

Participate in requirement reviews and convert workflows into technical implementation.

Work closely with the BA/PM and architect to clarify requirements and edge cases.

Ensure strong test coverage and collaborate with QA for automation readiness.

Support release cycles, including App Store & Play Store builds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

36 years of hands-on development experience.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (engineering background preferred) from a top-tier university.

Strong proficiency in React Native , TypeScript/JavaScript.

Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile and web apps .

Clear understanding of mobile performance, offline handling, navigation, and state management.

Extensive hands-on experience with the MERN stack; exposure to Angular is preferred.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, and asynchronous data handling.

Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous problem spaces.

Extensive knowledge of database management, schema design, and configurations, with experience in deploying products using a microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience in managing MongoDB Atlas or any cloud DB, expertise in DB management with NoSQL, SQL databases. Experience in Postgres and Mongo would be an added advantage.

End-to-end DevOps ownership, from infrastructure provisioning to CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and reliability.

Exposure to CI/CD and mobile releases.

Expertise in database encryption and decryption methodologies, as well as DevSecOps security protocols such as HTTPS, TLS, SSL, and CORS to maintain robust security standards.

Adhere to best coding practices and ensure high-quality standards in development.

Mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, conducting code and design reviews , and driving improvements in code quality and development processes.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to healthcare, EMR, or operational workflow apps.

Experience with Node.js or backend integrations.

Experience with Expo framework.

Experience with multilingual apps.
