About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer who can independently own and drive full-stack application development in a high-velocity environment. You will be responsible for building scalable backend microservices and modern frontend interfaces, integrating AI capabilities, and deploying applications across cloud platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, clean coding practices, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture.
• Build interactive and modern UIs using React.js and Node.js.
• Write and schedule cron jobs and batch processes for backend tasks.
• Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure quality and stability.
• Integrate AI services/APIs into backend workflows where applicable.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on Azure (primary), and optionally on AWS or GCP.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless builds, testing, and deployments.
• Apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, and best coding practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Take complete ownership from design to production deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in React.js and Node.js for frontend development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and backend system design.
• Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider Azure preferred (AWS/GCP optional).
• Exposure to integrating AI APIs/tools such as OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, performance tuning, and clean code.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end features.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of messaging/event-driven tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Background in product/startup environments with fast release cycles.
