Role Overview

Werelooking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strongexpertiseacross modern frontend frameworks and backend microservices.

Youllarchitect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications from intuitive user interfaces to resilient backend services.

This is a hands-on remote roleoperatingduring US EST hours, ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex product challenges,optimizingsystem performance, and mentoring peers in a fast-moving, global setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive frontend applications using React.js (preferred) or Angular.
• Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js.
• Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimizefrontend performance and ensure seamless backend integration.
• Design efficient MongoDB or relational database schemas for transactional workloads.
• Collaborate remotely with DevOps, QA, AI, and Product teams across time zones.
• Lead code reviews and enforce frontend/backend engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues across UI and service layers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to sprint planning and architectural discussions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies aligned to US hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development within SaaS or enterprise systems.
• Strongexpertisein React.js (or Angular) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid backend experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security best practices.
• Proficiencyin MongoDB or relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs andOpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with US stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, ERP integrations, or Banking systems.
• Exposure to asynchronous programming or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building data-heavy dashboards or financial analytics interfaces.
