Role Overview

Werelooking for aSenior Full Stack Engineerwith strongexpertiseacross modern frontend frameworks and backend microservices.

You will architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications spanning UI components, APIs, and data services. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on designing complete systems from intuitive dashboards to robust backend services while leading by example within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive frontend applications usingReact.js (preferred) or Angular.
• Architect and implement scalable backend services usingJava (Spring Boot) or Node.js.
• Build and integrate secureRESTful APIsand microservices.
• Optimizefrontend performance and ensure seamless API integration.
• Design efficientMongoDB or relational database schemasfor transactional workloads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, QA, AI, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Lead code reviews,establishfrontend/backend best practices, and enforce clean architecture principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues across UI and service layers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and architectural discussions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies planning, retrospectives, and technical roadmap sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development within SaaS or enterprise systems.
• StrongexpertiseinReact.js (or Angular)and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid backend experience inJava (Spring Boot)orNode.js.
• Strong understanding ofAPI design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
• ProficiencyinMongoDB or relational databases.
• Experience working withREST APIs andOpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Familiarity withDocker and containerized environments.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design capabilities.
• Sound grasp ofOOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and frontend architecture patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inFinTech, Payments, ERP integrations, or Banking systems.
• Exposure toasynchronous programming modelsand event-driven systems.
• Familiarity withKubernetes and CI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge ofcloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience buildingdata-heavy dashboards or financial analytics UIs.
