Senior Full Stack Developer

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Technical Ownership Role) to define technical direction, lead development, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems across products and platforms.

This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and mentoring .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable, secure application architectures
• Define backend and frontend structure, data flow, and integrations
• Make technology and tooling decisions aligned with long-term scalability

• Lead development using React / Next.js and NestJS
• Write high-quality, maintainable production code
• Architect and maintain monorepo setups with shared packages
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across systems

• Mentor and guide full-stack developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Support task breakdown, estimation, and technical planning
• Own technical delivery and production stability

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Handle Docker-based deployments and cloud environments
• Monitor production issues and ensure system uptime
  

• React / Next.js (App Router, SSR, Server Components)
• NestJS (Modules, Guards, Interceptors, Validation)
• TypeScript (advanced types, strict mode)
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB (Prisma / TypeORM / Mongoose)
• Monorepos: Turborepo, pnpm workspaces
• Docker & CI/CD pipelines
• Authentication: JWT, sessions, OAuth
  

• 4-5 years of full-stack development experience
• Proven experience leading technical architecture and teams
