We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C# on the backend, along with strong front-end capabilities using Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands-on coding ability, and leadership skills to guide development teams in building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications aligned with clean architecture principles.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Utilize modern tooling such as Vite, NPM, and module bundlers for efficient front-end builds.
• Implement and manage application state using Pinia.
• Apply Design Patterns, CQRS, and MediatR to ensure clean, maintainable, and testable architecture.
• Leverage functional programming principles to enhance code reliability and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs ensuring secure clientserver communication.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth and timely delivery.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Follow best practices in development, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend continuous improvements.

• 1015 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with Pinia, Vite, and NPM.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns, CQRS, MediatR, and Clean Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID design, and coding best practices.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience working in US business hours support model.
