About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java, Node.js, Python, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and React, along with experience working with NoSQL databases.

This role requires strong architectural understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Node.js, and Python on the backend.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and third-party integrations.
• Implement reusable, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

Architecture & System Design

• Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

Database & Data Management

• Design and manage data models using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
• Optimize database performance and implement efficient data access patterns.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with standards.

Integration & DevOps

• Integrate applications with internal and external systems via APIs.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and observability for applications.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Node.js, and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience building scalable applications using Angular and/or React.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Architecture & Best Practices

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps automation.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
