Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular – Primary)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Angular expertise to design, modernize, and maintain enterprisescale web applications. This role focuses on building highperformance, modular, and maintainable frontend solutions while contributing to backend integrations and overall system architecture.

The ideal candidate has handson experience modernizing legacy applications, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to work across the full stack in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Core Skill Set

Front End Primary

• Angular 16+
• Advanced Angular concepts:
• RxJS & reactive programming
• Change detection strategies
• Lazy loading & performance optimization
• Modular architecture and reusable components
• TypeScript with strong OOP principles
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / jQuery
• Bootstrap and responsive UI design
• JSONbased integrations

Back End Secondary

• Node.js (preferred) or equivalent backend technologies
• RESTful API development and integration
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data flows
• Experience working with distributed systems and servicebased architectures

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of total software development experience
• 5+ years of handson Angular development
• 3+ years of backend development experience (Node.js or similar)
• Proven experience working on enterprise applications or modernization initiatives

Key Responsibilities

FrontEnd Development & Modernization

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications
• Refactor and modernize legacy frontend codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Implement reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable UI patterns
• Ensure high standards of UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility

FullStack Development

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support application workflows
• Collaborate on API contracts, data models, and service orchestration
• Ensure seamless data flow between front end and backend systems

Technical Leadership & Quality

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Drive adoption of modern development patterns and tools

Performance, Scalability & Reliability

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large, dataintensive applications
• Ensure applications meet enterprise expectations for reliability and security
• Participate in rootcause analysis and longterm solution design

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in system design discussions, estimations, and sprint planning
• Contribute effectively in an Agile / Scrum delivery model

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Angular ecosystem advancements and fullstack technologies
• Proactively suggest improvements to architecture, tooling, and development practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid understanding of enterprise frontend architecture and datadriven applications
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microfrontend or modular UI architectures
• Exposure to other frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Deeper backend experience with Node.js or Javabased systems
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
