Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js & GCP) to join a dynamic product engineering team. In this role, you will provide engineering leadership across multiple product lines and help deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy modern frontend applications that support enterprise platforms and services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-based application development, along with the ability to collaborate with product teams in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and reusable frontend components using React.js.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code for modern web applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver product features and enhancements.
• Support development of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture-based applications.
• Work closely with product teams to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterative releases.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Ensure software engineering best practices, performance, and scalability.
• Translate product roadmaps into technical deliverables and backlog items.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and risks impacting delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience in Frontend Software Engineering
• Experience building complex and reusable React components
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong understanding of API-driven architectures
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP Cloud Run
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Tekton CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Frontend Development
• Strong hands-on experience in React.js development
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern web architectures
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Extreme Programming methodologies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams

Education

Required:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

Masters Degree or relevant certification programs
