Senior Frontend Engineer (React / React Native)

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong experience in React and React Native to build modern, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role requires deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and scalable UI systems.

You will work on complex, real-world products where usability, performance, and correctness are critical. The role expects ownership from design through production and close collaboration with product and backend teams.

• Build and maintain web applications using React and mobile apps using React Native
• Design scalable frontend architectures and reusable component systems
• Implement modern UI/UX with strong focus on performance and responsiveness
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and real-time data flows
• Optimize applications for speed, memory, and reliability
• Review code, mentor engineers, and set frontend best practices
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend tools and practices:
• Hooks, Context, modern state management
• Component-driven development
• Modular and scalable code structure
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization

• TypeScript-first development
• Modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar)
• API integration and async data handling
• Responsive and mobile-first design
• Clean architecture and reusable components

• Experience with advanced animations or gesture handling
• Knowledge of native modules or bridging (iOS / Android)
• Experience with CI/CD for frontend or mobile apps
• Exposure to security best practices for frontend/mobile
