Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to drive the design and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development team for Angular-based applications.
• Architect and design reusable components and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Angular (v14+).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
• Leadership and team management skills.
