Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead React.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will lead frontend development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with backend, product, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex user interfaces using React.js.

Architect reusable and maintainable frontend components.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams.

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and UI guidelines.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.

Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of frontend development experience with React.js.

Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with Redux/Context API/Zustand.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.

Familiarity with TypeScript.

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of frontend security best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with Next.js

Knowledge of Node.js

Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.

Experience with Jest, React Testing Library.

Agile/Scrum experience.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
