Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 58 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js , and modern frontend architecture, along with experience mentoring teams and driving technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React (18+), TypeScript, Redux , and modern UI patterns.
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express/Fastify, GraphQL , and REST.
• Drive clean architecture , modular design, and reusable component strategies across the codebase.
• Refactor legacy or monolithic systems into modular, maintainable, and testable architectures .
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews , and promote best engineering practices.
• Implement workflow automation , state-based logic, and configuration-driven solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through unit, integration, and E2E testing .
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in architectural discussions, system design reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of professional experience in Full Stack or Frontend-heavy roles
• Strong expertise in:
• React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Node.js , Express/Fastify
• GraphQL and REST APIs
• Experience with state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit / NgRx)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and BFF patterns
• Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL databases , ORMs, and DB migrations
• Strong testing mindset with tools like Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with NX monorepos
• Exposure to React Native
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure), messaging systems (SQS )
• Docker & Kubernetes exposure
• Experience in consulting or product-based organizations
• Technical talks, internal learning sessions, or community contributions
