Senior Frontend Developer

THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in software design discussions and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing frontend applications .
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications.
• Support, maintain, and enhance existing software functionality.
• Analyze code to identify root causes of defects and implement effective fixes.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle , including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment support.
• Conduct assigned development tasks under guidance while progressively contributing as a technical expert within the team.
• Identify and evaluate new frontend technologies and tools for potential implementation.
• Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js
• Experience working on complex frontend applications
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and browser compatibility issues

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Experience with AngularJS
• Exposure to Cypress for frontend test automation
• Familiarity with Splunk for log monitoring and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ability to onboard quickly and work effectively in a structured, team-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
