6+ years frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)

Built and scaled applications serving millions of users

Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES2023+, async patterns, concurrent rendering)

Web performance obsessed (Core Web Vitals, TTFB, TTI, FCP)

Strong in software architecture and design patterns (OOP, SOLID principles)

Agile practices veteran (TDD, CI/CD, pair programming)

Security-minded with understanding of common web vulnerabilities

Accessibility champion (WCAG standards, inclusive design)

English communication skills for our global team

Bonus points for:

• Next.js 15 expertise (server components, streaming, SSG)
• State management architecture experience
• Unit & integration testing expertise

The Role - What you'll actually do:

• Architect frontend systems handling millions of transactions
• Lead Agile development and mentor team members
• Partner with Product to transform requirements into exceptional UX
• Collaborate with Backend, Mobile, and QA teams for seamless integration
• Drive code quality through reviews and best practices
• Optimize performance and ensure accessibility standards
• Shape engineering culture in Frontend Chapter meetings
• Debug production issues (detective work included!)
