We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager Research & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Food & Beverage product development along with an understanding of operational execution and industry standards.

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Industry: Food & Beverage / Product Development

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Development activities for new food and beverage product formulations. Handling 200 + Project Operations. Handling 10 Peoples team.

Conduct product trials, testing, and validation for new concepts

Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth product execution

Improve existing products through reformulation and quality enhancement

Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and food safety standards

Conduct shelf-life studies, ingredient analysis, and product documentation

Research market trends, ingredients, and innovative product concepts

Maintain proper R&D reports, technical documentation, and formulation records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Nutrition / Related Field

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Food & Beverage R&D

Strong knowledge of product formulation, ingredient functionality, and food processing

Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control

Experience in lab trials, pilot scale production, and product optimization

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with hands-on experience in both Research & Development and Operations coordination will be preferred.
