About the Role:

As our Senior Flutter Developer, youll lead the development of Colabtools' mobile apps on both iOS and Android. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performing, scalable, and beautiful applications for the construction ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Architect, build, and maintain mobile apps using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate across teams to define user stories, API needs, and UI flows.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing codebases.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Drive pixel-perfect implementation of designs and features.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile development; 3+ years with Flutter.
• Proven experience building and shipping complex workflows.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (Bloc, Provider, etc).
• Comfortable working with APIs, Firebase etc.
• A keen eye for UX and pixel-perfect implementation.
