Senior Flutter Engineer

Role Overview

Join our engineering team to architect and deliver high-performance mobile applications. You will be the bridge between technical execution and client satisfaction, ensuring that our solutions not only meet requirements but genuinely delight users.

Core Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Build scalable, modular mobile apps using Flutter (v3+) and Dart. You will implement Clean Architecture principles and robust design patterns (MVVM, MVC) to ensure code maintainability.
• UI/UX Excellence: Translate complex designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces. This includes mastering the Widget tree, handling complex animations, and ensuring adaptability across mobile, tablet, and web.
• Native Integration: Bridge the gap between Flutter and native platforms (Android/iOS) using platform channels to access device-specific hardware and functionality.
• Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of the app lifecycle, from writing unit/integration tests to managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying to the App Store and Play Store.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• State Management: Deep expertise in managing app state using industry standards like BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
• Data & Backend: Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON serialization, and Firebase integration.
• Tooling: Familiarity with dependency injection (e.g., GetIt) and advanced routing (Navigator 2.0).
• Optimization: A knack for performance profiling, debugging, and optimizing render cycles.
