Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Flutter Developers (38 years) to join our core engineering team and build high-performance, real-time trading applications for Android, iOS, and Web.

This role is for engineers who have hands-on experience building production-grade Flutter apps with real-time data and performance-critical UI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications
• Build real-time features using WebSockets (market feeds, trades, alerts)
• Integrate REST APIs and high-frequency data streams
• Optimize applications for low latency and smooth UI rendering
• Handle large data volumes with continuous UI updates
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Experience

• 38 years of professional Flutter development experience
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• Proven experience with WebSockets and real-time data streams
• Expertise in state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider)
• Experience handling high-frequency UI updates and large datasets
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and memory management
• Experience debugging and maintaining production applications

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Fintech, stock trading, brokerage, or WealthTech experience
• Apps published on Play Store / App Store
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with GraphQL, microservices, or CI/CD pipelines
