Senior FIS - L1 & L2 for Banking Project

Hiring: Senior FIS L1 & L2 Support (Banking Project)

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

We are looking for experienced FIS Core Banking Support Professionals to join a leading banking project in Chennai.

If you have strong experience in FIS Core Banking application support and production environment handling, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Role Responsibilities:

Monitor FIS Core Banking applications, interfaces, and batch jobs

Handle alerts and manage tickets via ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)

Perform L1 validation of incidents

Provide detailed investigation & resolution for complex L2 issues

Support key banking modules:

Deposits / CASA

Loans & Lending

Payments & Clearing

Customer Information Systems (CIF)

Validate End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) processing

Perform log analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution

Troubleshoot integration issues with payment systems and third-party applications

Required Experience:

610 years of experience in FIS Core Banking support

Strong knowledge of FIS modules (Deposits, Loans, Payments)

Experience in L1 & L2 production support

Good hands-on SQL knowledge

Exposure to ServiceNow or Remedy
