Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for a high-performing FP&A professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis for our Personal Loan (PL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios. This role partners closely with Risk, Product, Collections, and Treasury teams to support sustainable growth through strong financial discipline and data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks for PL and LAP portfolios

. Track key business metrics including disbursements, AUM, yield, cost of funds, and credit cost

. Analyze product-wise profitability, pricing structures, tenure mix, and fee components

. Monitor credit performance indicators such as DPD, roll rates, and vintage behavior, and asses

stheir impact on overall P&L

. Perform actual versus budget and forecast variance analysis to highlight performance drivers

. Support pricing changes, policy updates, and growth scenarios through detailed financia

lmodeling

. Build, maintain, and enhance MIS dashboards for senior management reporting and decisio

nsupport

. Support preparation of Board, Investor, and Lender reports with accurate and timely financia

linsights

Skills & Qualificatio

n: 26 years of prior experience in Personal Loan and/or LAP lending within NBFC, Bank, or FinTe

chenvironment

s. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualificatio

n. Strong understanding of secured versus unsecured loan economic

s. Sound knowledge of IRR/APR calculations, ECL/NPA provisioning, and loan amortization concept

s. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with working knowledge of SQ
