Senior Financial Analyst

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. This is how we work to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. What you’ll do:

Preparation of IndAS financial statements ( B/S, P&L, Notes to accounts including cash flows) ; Lead closures on Internal audits & ICOFR.
Preparation of Tax audits and Lead for Country GST accounting related compliances
USGAAP MEC support including financial analysis of Trial balances for material flux, variance analysis
Establishes and maintains relationships with various stakeholders - Tax team, GWS Real estate teams, Legal and business leaders to support decision-making.
Prepares USGAAP tax provision preparations and related submissions.
Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
Identifies issues and proposes solutions.
Represents finance on cross- functional teams.
Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.

What you need to bring:

Chartered Accountant ICAI
Typically 8+ years of experience as a Senior financial analyst.
Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills:

Expert understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Expert analytical skills.
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Excellent teamwork skills
Good business acumen.
