We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of Accounting and Finance Coupled with a working proficiency in MS Excel It's also essential that they demonstrate a positive attitude and patience incommunication, as these personal attributes greatly contribute to our team's dynamic Additional experience with GenAI, Power BI, and other Power Apps would be highlyvalued We are specifically seeking candidates with a master's or professional degree (CA/CMA,MBA etc.) and relevant experience For the Associate Consultant role, we are looking for individuals with 2-4+ years ofexperience (preferably IT Finance background), while for the Senior Consultant role, werequire 7-9+ years of experience (particularly in FP&A major and from the IT industry) We would prefer candidates who can join immediately to ensure a smooth transitionand continuity in our operations.Job Description - Grade SpecificOperating at entry level managerOperating as a Finance specialist supporting small and medium sized finance exercises.Will contribute to the transformation agenda and recognizes the importance of building a strategic mindset as well as being able to deliverAble to act on their own initiative with respect to the main perimeter of their roleKnows when to seek guidance/escalateAble to organize development for self and junior team member.
