Senior Finance Manager

Role Summary

The role will work closely with investment bankers, auditors, and advisors on DRHP preparation and listing-related activities. Also the role will oversee financial closure quarterly and monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DRHP preparation and IPO execution
• Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors
• Manage financial disclosures, due diligence, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closure and ensure accuracy of reporting
• Strengthen financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Ensure readiness for listed company governance standards

Preferred Profile

• CA / MBA (Finance)
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Prior involvement in IPO / DRHP process preferred
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and Ind AS
• Experience in managing financial closure processes
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
