Founded in 2014 as Dr Shenoys CARE, RheumaCARE has become Indias largest stand-alone rheumatology centre. Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art, cost-effective care that helps people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases live pain-free lives. We unite rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, immunologists and counsellors under one roof, while our advanced autoimmune laboratory leverages cutting-edge serology and genomics to provide rapid, accurate diagnoses.

In just 18 months we have opened centers across Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Mysuru, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru and Vizag treating more than 200,000 patients each year and welcoming 15,000 new patients annually. Our next milestone is underway: building Asias largest R&D hospital for rheumatology and autoimmune diseases in Kochi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Kochi (HQ). The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support the companys operations and growth. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and improving financial processes. The role also involves leadership duties, including managing the finance team and collaborating with stakeholders to establish and achieve strategic financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
• Leadership skills and experience managing finance teams or departments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA (Preferred), or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare sector or managing finances for large organizations is advantageous
