Senior Manager Ind AS, Financial Reporting & Transaction Advisory
Qualification: CA (Preferred)
Experience: 46 years
Location: Mumbai
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong expertise in Ind AS, financial reporting, and assurance to lead engagements involving financial due diligence, audit, and complex accounting advisory. The role will involve managing client relationships, supervising engagement teams, and delivering high-quality financial and accounting advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of Ind AS compliant financial statements and disclosures
- Manage financial due diligence assignments for strategic transactions including acquisitions, investments, and restructurings
- Lead and supervise statutory audit and assurance engagements
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting and financial reporting issues
- Prepare and review technical accounting papers and advisory memos
- Perform financial analysis including variance analysis, working capital review, and business performance assessment
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and advisors to ensure smooth execution of engagements
- Assist clients in implementation of accounting standards, accounting policies, and financial reporting frameworks
- Support internal audit, internal controls, cost audit and other advisory assignments
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 46 years of relevant experience
- Experience in audit, accounting advisory, transaction advisory, or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and financial reporting frameworks
- Experience with Big4 or leading advisory firms preferred
Key Skills
- Strong financial statement analysis and accounting expertise
- High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in reviewing work and managing junior team members
