Senior Manager ERP, Finance Automation & Systems Transformation

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead ERP implementation, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable financial systems, automating key finance processes, and enabling data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation, customization, and optimization for finance and accounting functions
- Develop data dashboards and management reporting frameworks
- Manage integration of ERP systems with CRM, banking systems, and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements
- Assist in implementing internal controls and workflows within ERP systems
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to digitize and streamline accounting processes
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for technology implementations
- Drive adoption of technology-enabled finance processes
Candidate Profile
- 46 years experience in ERP implementation, automation, or finance systems
- Experience with SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / or similar ERP platforms
- Background in technology consulting, finance transformation, or systems implementation
Preferred Skills
- Power BI / Tableau
- Excel automation / VBA
- Understanding of finance and accounting workflows
