Senior Manager ERP, Finance Automation & Systems Transformation

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead ERP implementation, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable financial systems, automating key finance processes, and enabling data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation, customization, and optimization for finance and accounting functions
• Develop data dashboards and management reporting frameworks
• Manage integration of ERP systems with CRM, banking systems, and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements
• Assist in implementing internal controls and workflows within ERP systems
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to digitize and streamline accounting processes
• Manage external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for technology implementations
• Drive adoption of technology-enabled finance processes

Candidate Profile

• 46 years experience in ERP implementation, automation, or finance systems
• Experience with SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / or similar ERP platforms
• Background in technology consulting, finance transformation, or systems implementation

Preferred Skills

• Power BI / Tableau
• Excel automation / VBA
• Understanding of finance and accounting workflows
