Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our finance and operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure across the venture capital fund lifecyclefrom investor onboarding and investments to valuations, investor reporting, and exits. It is ideal for someone looking to move beyond traditional finance operations and build a career in the venture capital ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Manage core fund accounting, including LP capital accounts and expense tracking

Support monthly and quarterly closes, capital calls, and distributions

Assist with periodic investor reporting and routine Limited Partner (LP) queries

Support compliances under SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA, and other applicable regulations

Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on fund governance and tax matters, including TDS, GST, and audits

The role is dynamic and not limited to the responsibilities listed above

What Were Looking For

Qualified CA / CA (Intermediate) / MBA (Finance)

35 years of experience in accounting, finance, and regulatory compliances

Exposure to AIF / PE / VC / startups is a plus

Strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills

Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working across teams

Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn
