Job Summary

Vibedu Study Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and company financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in GST, Tally, and overall company accounts management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts using Tally
• Handle GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and documentation
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions
• Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
• Manage payroll entries, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments
• Ensure proper maintenance of vouchers, bills, and accounting documents
• Support management with financial data and reports as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel
• Hands-on experience in GST filing, returns, and compliance
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling company accounts end-to-end
• Knowledge of TDS, payroll, and statutory compliances
• Experience working with auditors and tax consultants
