Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
• Manage GST compliance: returns, reconciliation, and related documentation
• Handle TDS compliance: calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closing
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Take ownership of assigned finance processes and ensure timely execution

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Semi or CA drop out can apply.
• Minimum 1-3 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in handling taxation and compliance will be an added advantage
