Hiring: Senior Finance Associate (India & US Entities: UK Shift)

Location: Nizampet. Only Hyderabad based candidates are expected to apply.

Were looking for a sharp, high-ownership Senior Finance Associate to manage end-to-end finance operations across our Indian Pvt Ltd and US LLC entities.

This role is designed for mid-level professionals (24 years experience) who want strong ownership and exposure across operational finance, compliance coordination, payroll, and budgeting.

Eligibility Criteria (Please Apply Only If You Meet All):

• 24 years of total work experience (role not designed for candidates above 4 years)
• Comfortable working UK Shift
• Expected CTC within 5L8L range
• Hands-on experience with Tally and payroll processing
• Strong communication skills (client & internal stakeholder-facing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations & expense tracking
• Handling office-level financial operations (groceries, events, furniture, facilities expenses, etc.)
• Processing payroll & salary management (ADP experience preferred)
• Maintaining balance sheets, P&L, and financial records
• Supporting leadership with budget planning and forecasting
• Monitoring company-wide expenses and ensuring financial discipline
• Coordinating with external CAs/accountants where required
• Educating teams on basic tax and compliance awareness

Good to Have (Add-On Skills)

• Experience with ITR filing
• Exposure to TDS, GST, and company tax calculations
• Familiarity with CA-related compliance processes
• Experience handling cross-border entities (India + US)
