Client Experience & Styling

Deliver personalized luxury consultations

Understand client personality, fit & occasion

Curate complete looks with confidence

Sales & Conversion

Drive and exceed monthly sales targets

Convert trials and inquiries into closures

Upsell & cross-sell across categories

Relationship Management

Build long-term client relationships

Maintain personal client database

Execute structured follow-ups

Store Contribution

Support VM & presentation standards

Coordinate with alterations & production

Mentor junior consultants when required

37+ years in luxury / couture / premium retail

Strong styling & fashion advisory skills

Proven sales & closing ability

Experience handling premium clientele

Excellent communication & interpersonal presence

Brand-appropriate grooming & personality

Sales confidence & commercial sharpness

Luxury etiquette & client sensitivity

Strong aesthetic judgment

Relationship-driven mindset

Salary:6 12 LPA (based on experience & capability)
