Job Description
Hiring for a leading Global Energy Solutions MNC.
Mandatory Requirement: CA Qualified
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and document new accounting standards and complex accounting issues in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Analyze and support accounting treatments for new transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare detailed technical accounting memos and workpapers for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
- Monitor and communicate new and upcoming accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on financial reporting.
- Support the implementation of new technical accounting standards by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in international statutory reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and local reporting standards.
- Participate in ad hoc technical accounting and reporting projects as required.
