Job Description

Job Title: Senior Export Sales Executive / Sr. International Sales Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad


Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Export Sales Executive / International Business Development Executive to strengthen our global market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships across geographies.


Key Responsibilities

Market Development

Research and identify potential international markets and customer segments

Analyze competitor activity, trends, and customer needs to shape market-entry strategies

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate leads via online research, trade fairs, and networking platforms

Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and professional outreach


Sales Execution

Present, promote, and sell products to international clients (both new and existing)

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals


Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Address customer queries and provide post-sales support


Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure

order fulfillment

Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and maintain sales documentation


Reporting & Insights

Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and trends

Share regular updates with management for data-driven decision-making


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred; BBA/B.Com graduates with relevant experience can also apply

37 years of experience in international sales/business development, preferably in manufacturing or export industries

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within teams

Willingness to travel internationally
