Position Snapshot
Role: Senior Export Manager Latin America
Experience: 8+ years overall | Minimum 5+ years handling Latin American markets
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44)
Travel: Travel across Latin American countries
Reporting To: Export Head / Senior Leadership
This role is not for desk sellers,
This is for hunters, market builders, and global dealmakers who:
Understand the Latin American business culture
Can independently develop countries and territories
Have strong on-ground travel experience
Know how to appoint and manage distributors
Can drive revenue with ownership and authority
Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across Latin American countries
Appoint and manage importers, distributors, and channel partners
Strengthen Qutones brand presence in existing markets
Open new territories and establish long-term business relationships
Drive export sales across assigned countries and achieve defined targets
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial contracts
Build sustainable and profitable long-term business in each territory
3.On-Ground Business Expansion
Travel across Latin America for client meetings and market development
Represent Qutone at international trade fairs and exhibitions
Personally handle key accounts and strategic customers
Conduct product presentations and business discussions with importers and distributors
Work closely with logistics, production, and documentation teams
Ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor post-sales service and relationship management
Brings Minimum 5+ years of proven experience handling Latin American markets
Strong exposure to international travel across LATAM
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Is confident dealing with importers, distributors & large retailers
Is self-driven, commercially sharp, and hungry to build something big
Experience in tiles/ceramics industry will be an added advantage.
