Senior Expert – Employer Brand and External Communications (For a large GCC)

The Senior Expert Employer Brand and External Communications is an individual contributor role that reports to the VP Corporate Communications, DEIB, CSR, and is responsible for all external communication and employer branding initiatives of a large financial services captive globally.

As a senior member of the Corporate Communications Team, the ideal candidate will come with a global communications experience of more than 12 years, with a passionate zeal to elevate the employer brand and reputation of the company. The role entails but is not limited to planning and executing employer branding events, media relations, industry and university relations, social media management and execution, and website content management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years+ of experience in a global communications team, as an individual contributor/manager with specialization in employer branding, external communications, or related fields.
• Understanding, and ability to research the talent market and employer branding landscape; and a proven track record of building and executing employer brand initiatives in other geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with rational thinking.
• Ability to influence without authority across levels and navigate complex organizational priorities and stakeholders.
• Deep working knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
