Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to support hiring requirements for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein end-to-end technical recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing for niche and senior technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across the APAC market
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Recruit for roles including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and ERP-related positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, ATS, and other sourcing tools
• Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement
• Ensure compliance with diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 45+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency), preferably for the APAC market
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, modern tech stacks, and ERP roles
• Proficiencyin sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in SGT hours and rotational shifts
